Food Safety: Costa Rica’s Growing Export
Ensuring food safety is crucial for protecting public health and facilitating trade in food products. Effective testing has allowed Costa Rica to stay competitive and trusted in the international food trade market, resulting in greater prosperity and improved livelihoods for the country’s farmers.
