To build capacity for Aedes aegypti SIT through expert missions, training, fellowships, scientific visits, and procurement, and to harmonize the use of nuclear techniques and other technological advancements to develop quality mass rearing laboratories/facilities, knowledge sharing involving multi-stakeholders surveillance, and validation of Aedes aegypti SIT in a small pilot area.
