India Signs Safeguards Agreement

An agreement between the Government of India and the IAEA for the Application of Safeguards to Civilian Nuclear Facilities was signed in Vienna by IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei and Ambassador Saurabh Kumar of India.
