Accident Reports

The IAEA’s accident reports detail the circumstances and consequences of nuclear and radiological accidents. The case-specific reports aim to strengthen safety by making lessons learned from an accident available to a global audience. They enable States to apply accident lessons to further strengthen emergency preparedness and response arrangements.
